Innovative Land Design Associates is made up to design professionals from several different fields. This includes landscape architecture, civil engineering, surveying, general architecture, land use planning and related disciplines. Our clients tend to be current land owners who have the desire to develop their property. We work closely with clients to implement profitable ideas for their land. We find that clients who are willing to think beyond traditional place making or development tend to be the most successful.
Our company is currently located in Delta Twp, Michigan. We have been serving the needs of corporate clients and enabling land owners to become developers since 1986. We have chosen the slogan “Your land development challenge is our opportunity to innovatively shine” to represent the way we see our business. We encourage our clients to work together effectively, conserve natural resources and achieve sustainability. We also try to impart to our clients the importance of enhancing the property by taking into account the perceived needs of the residents or users of a site.
