Brief Description – Objective / Task:  Design and construction documents for the renovation of a historic apartment building located on of Detroit’s most significant avenues – Grand Boulevard

Personal Involvement – Action: Design of landscape, site development Project, surveying and engineering.

Results: Construction completed in 1998

CSD attribute: Historic recall of original landscape including plantings and pavements in context with the historic architectural renovation/preservation of the apartment building itself and the surrounding neighborhood.
